Hotel Chalet Swiss

Real good stay, we were there for 4 days. This hotel was vacation base for exploring Interlaken, loved it.

The room seemed really hot, and Wi-Fi was bad.

Clean traditional hotel with very good staff and rooms.

We loved every detail about our such great 2 nights stay here.

Thanks a lot everyone for a fairly nice stay for a long time. The staff was welcoming, the room was individual with a bar as well as mountain view. The venue was set in the very central position right by ski slopes and downtown "Interlaken and centre.

I loved to be in this place. I had a really lovely experience here, everything was very good, the location was perfect really close to Central Interlaken, Very near railway station, town centre. I was met by accommodating and consistently courteous staff at the reception.

Cool property with themed rooms and comfortable location. We liked toast, jam, fruit and cheese served during the English breakfast.

I loved the English breakfast and the executive king room. All staff were eager to help to make my stay excellent. Traditional building and marvelous location.

The staff were so supportive, the breakfast was FRESHLY COOKED and everything was fab. Our standard room was more than very sweet.

Good choice for discovering Interlaken. The superior double room was spacious. A private safe, an electronic key card and a work desk were a huge plus.

The hotel is clean, staff are positive and breakfast is adequate. Cool location to harder kulm. Walk from a train station, easy access. Wonderful reception.

Light rooms, not rude staff, practical hotel. Generous-sized suite and soft bed. We appreciated the English breakfast - totally outstanding. Simple location within walking distance of a low-key museum. Free hot cocktails, whiskies and tea in the main bar, ample parking place. Good value and an awesome experience.

Well, the views were awful here.

I loved the very central location, absolutely gorgeous view, impeccable rooms. My room included smoke detectors for safety measures. Personnel was really kind. Fast check in & the service was superb. Great experience there.

This hotel is spotless and exceptionally friendly, has okay staff and location. Found in a stunning part of the town.

Excellent base for a 2-night stay...

Worth its 3 stars. The property is just superior. There were comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a writing desk in the superior queen room. The restaurant was located within 900 feet.

One could dine at restaurants such as Arcobaleno 10 minutes away. The location of hotel was GREAT.

Breakfast was good. Hoheweg was just a few steps away from the hotel. The property was situated near the Camping Jungfrau bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. We liked staying at chalet swiss.
